We managed to secure this townhouse at a great price with a subject to sale condition. This complex is very unique and has very high finishes. The split level with 2 bedrooms on the bottom (front entry) is a unique set up that fits exactly what our family looked for! Our client wish list preferred 3 bedroom townhouse, with 3 bedrooms on the same level and therefore they didn't even want to come see it. While this is a very desirable standard layout, here, the two bedrooms on the top floor were so LARGE that they were able to work with it and gain a FOUR bedroom townhouse in their budget. They now have an office AND a rec room too. Wooho!!
